arduino uno lcd frequency mirror?

Hi, I have an arduino uno and I noticed infrared led's can send data over the air, an lcd also has many led's that pulse in a linear order, I have a 2 pin led (ws2812b) that you can change the color by pulse, does that mean the led color can be detected over the air by color because of its frequency and if so, does that mean you can can read the lcd's led frequencies pulsing linearly over the air? thanks

Although in theory its possible the practice would take a lot of work above and beyond just adding emitter detectors in the IR range.

The output from an LCD "may" work but its doubtful you would get any sort of distance out of it as it emits colours at a completely different wavelength to the IR diodes. and may not be able to provide a focused enough band.

If you need any more info just google "IR wavelength" there is a whole gamut of useful info out there.

IR and UV are either side of the "visible" spectrum

BTW you know the is the ZERO section dont you ?

Alright thanks for the information and also I do not see a uno section

Yes its odd that there is not a specific section just for regular boards  Just that the zero is a different architecture that's all and I just found it odd to find a UNO in here...
