Hello, I also have the same problem with a new Arduino Robot. It can't read images or sqm files from the SD card. All the text messages are displayed OK.
I tested the TFT display using an Arduino UNO following this example (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/TFTtoBoards) and the display is OK, it can read and display the Arduino Logo from the SD card.
I also formated the SD card to FAT16 and resized to 2GB and did not solve the problem.
what else I can do?
