ITG3200 gyroscope simple question

I want to change the address of the gyroscope from 0x69 to 0x68. I read in the description that it can be done by pulling the AD0 (pin 9) in the gyroscope to ground instead of Vcc using a jumper on the top of the board. Do anyone know exactly how this can be done cause I don't want to burn it?
I'm not sure if it's allowed to post links here but you can find the gyroscope in the first link (sparkfun) if you just google itg3200. This is written in the third paragraph.

Here is a photo f the gyro anyway:

Thanks in advance.

If you look at the schematic at the sparkfun site ( Triple-Axis Digital-Output Gyro ITG-3200 Breakout - SEN-09801 - SparkFun Electronics ) you see a solder jumper for AD0. You have to remove the connection to Vcc and make a connection to GND.

That solder jumper is the one with three pads near the Vdd pin.

Thanks a lot. it's clear now
