My Arduino uno shows Tx, Rx and L turning on all the time along with ON LED. Windows doesnot recognise it. Is it a good idea to replace the processor or I should think of new Arduino ?
too difficult to say from here but if the normal blink example doesn't upload any more the Arduino might be broken.
If you have a second UNO you can check if the chip itself is broken by swapping them.
