What is the purpose of the V-Belt?
This belt is mainly created to help blind people live a safer life. Blind people cannot see anything at all, so, whenever they walk or cross a street they are never safe. Furthermore, this belt will also give them a chance to at least live a somewhat normal life because if this belt gathers enough resources it could be improved making it really good and effective, if that happens blind people would need less assistance from other people giving them the chance to have a normal life.
