Can we Differentiate between voices using arduino.............if yes then how?

Basically no.
Do the voices say diffrent things? How many different things?

If you can find a way of detecting formants, then the resonant interval between the formants should represent a characteristic signature no matter what is said. Whether an Arduino can be programmed to do that, I’ve no idea.
