Got the Arduino DUE, I'm waiting for him to arrive, he behind the mini USB programming with it?
It does not come with any usb cable. you need MICRO USB cable for programming the board.
Usaully find micro usb cable for charging mobile phone. Myself use mini to micro adaptor with
the mini usb cable (got from the mp3 player)
