If you wanted to start out with Arduino which would you buy - The Arduino Starter Kit or The Kit Workshop Base with Arduino Board? Any advice appreciated. 
I was wondering about this same thing a couple of weeks ago, and went with the Starter Kit. The instruction booklet is very clear, great for someone who's just getting started and wants to learn on their own. The kit also comes with a nice variety of components for improvising your own builds. I've been very happy with the Starter Kit.
