Stepper motors from Wishblade cutter

I took stepper motors from a Wishblade cutter. Info on motors:

I have Pololu Motor Controller: http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1372

Is it possible to connect the stepper motors to the motor controllers?

I got the stepper motors working at 12V using the Seeed Studio Motor Shield. I found out that the Pololu Motor Controller doesn't support stepper motors. Any suggestions for motor controllers for 3 or 4 stepper motors?
