Hello, I bought my dad the Arduino Uno Ultimate Starter Kit for Christmas and he loved it. Do you offer add ons for this or is there something similar that you would recommend? thanks

This is the community forum rather than a means to ask questions of the company.

However, that said, I think that the idea is once you have completed the starter kits then you have a pretty good idea of what the Arduino is capable of, and then develop projects of your own, buying only the specific parts that you need.

There are plenty of add ons for Arduino. Do a search or look at sites like Sparkfun, DX or any electronics hobby shop.
