London Arduino Workshops

There are a couple workshops at [ space ] in Hackney starting at the end of February and going on through March.

In the first workshop we will learn how to work with Processing, Max and Arduino in order to create an interactive audio and video installation that uses sensors.

The workshops happen over a series of 4 Sundays, each devoted to one programming environment with the last Sunday looking at how the different programs can talk with each other. You can sign up for only the days that interest you (£50-70) or sign up for all 4 at a discounted rate (£190). Concession rates are also available.

In the second workshop on 4 Wednesday evenings beginning 7 March, we'll cover the basics of digital audio and how to use an Arduino without needing it connected to a computer to generate sound. We'll work with the tone library, go over amplification, and build a Wave Shield which we'll then use for sample-based synthesis.

Registration is £150 (£120 conc) and includes all hardware for you to take home with you.
