I'm getting a "503 Service Unavailable" and "500 Internal Server Error" when I try to download the arduino IDE from http://downloads.arduino.cc/arduino-1.0.6-windows.exe
Is the server on maintenance now?

I am getting the same issue. I am not able to download the IDe for Mac-OS. Can somebody help?

Didn't the 503 message tell you that?
The link has changed too, it looks like they are trying to hide download.php as the index of a sub-domain downloads.arduino.cc. Their .conf, or .htaccess must have an error still.
Returns 403, Forbidden: http://downloads.arduino.cc/arduino-1.0.6-windows.exe
Works fine: http://arduino.cc/download.php?f=/arduino-1.0.6-windows.exe
