Want to create the future?

If you live around the San Jose/Silicon Valley area, and are interested in creating something NEW, then International Technological University (ITU) is offering the perfect course for you. ITU is offering a course in Embedded Systems Design (EEN/CEN 946) taught by Dr. Karl Wang, a 30+ years Silicon Valley veteran.

With access to all of the necessary equipment and guidance of Dr. Wang, students will walk away with the knowledge of how to create their own miniature computer, and become the next Silicon Valley Success! Bring your friends and work together on projects as a team.

This is an introductory course that can be applied for a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or Computer Engineering (MSCE).

For more information about the course, check out http://itu.edu/esd2013, and for more information about the MSEE/MSCE degrees check out: http://ee.itu.edu.

For international students, ask about how this class can will work well with our Curricular Practical Training (CPT) program: http://itu.edu/index.php/admissions/prospective-students/

your links do not work,

it sounds interesting? Is there a PPT available ?

Thank you so much for the heads up! It's great to have active participation like this. The links are fixed now

Unfortunately, I don't have a PPT prepared at the moment for the course. I can however provide you with the full course description which contains more specifics about what students will experience for the course's duration:

Embedded System Design Course Description:
Embedded system designs are pervasive in everyday life items such as microwave ovens, automatic brake systems, smartphones, and sophisticated robotic systems such as the Curiosity lander on Mars. The knowledge and experience of embedded system design is important for engineering students to meet industry needs for entry-level professionals.

This course is an introduction course on embedded system designs. The students will design systems using the Raspberry Pi and Arduino development boards, programming in Python and C using Linux operating systems. Students will be introduced to system design through series of labs in the web camera and robotics systems. These are designed to give hands-on experience through, system design, programming, building, and test hard wares. Students will be given a chance to design their own systems in a final project.

Students in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and software engineering with interests in designing are encouraged to take this course.

Unfortunately, I don't have a PPT prepared at the moment for the course.

Pity,
