While there are some people here that are familiar with fswebcam, they may not see your post right away. Members of this forum are scattered all over the world: some may be working, sleeping, eating dinner, or whatever. They all have lives, and their schedules are unlikely to line up with yours.

You really need to give it at least 24 hours before getting impatient. However, in this case, fswebcam is a rather special niche program that is not as widely used as other features, so it may take a little longer before someone with experience with it sees your post and has an opportunity to respond.
