Hello, Iam using freeduino having at-mega 8l, I want to program other at-mega 8(at-mega 8A) ic on breadboard using freeduino as isp.
I have tried procedure of arduino on breadboard but it is not working.
What should I do?

Post a photo and schematic of your wiring, and exactly what error you're getting.

I can't upload bootloader after uploading ArduinoISP program.
Error while burning bootloader.(given below)

option enabled in File -> Preferences.

That error is almost always caused by incorrect wiring or wrong/missing clock source. double-check your wiring and make sure the crystal or resonator is hooked up correctly. Also, there should be 100nF caps on the supply pins for the microcontroller- they are missing from the tutorial but can have a major affect on the behaviour of the micro.
If you post a photo of your setup it would be helpful, as would be the verbose error message.
