Decent ENC28J60 library???

I have been looking all over trying to find a decent ENC28J60 lib. They all seem to be a bit dis-jointed and incomplete. Can anyone recommend one please?

Examples of usage would be good as well. Wanted for webserver type operation and UDP messaging.

Isn't the ethercard library the defacto for that chip? I think its pretty complete but not well organized.
