Need help to find a small GSM board with phone option

Hi together.

I need some more 'eyes' in the internet I am looking for a (relative) small GSM board. But I need it to make calls. So I need audio input/output. Just one board which I found fits this criteria, but it was s***. All other which I found were either with connection (Jack or Pin) for Mic and speaker but to big or nice small but without any outgoing pins for audio commuication.

That has a nice form factor, pins for microphone and headset... but crap (bad interference when picked up the call and a second later restart of the module... tried everything... I guess something wrong with the hardware):

Is there any small (working) gsm module out there which I can us for calling (audio output)? And I need it actually only for calling... if it is important.
I couldn't find any alternative yet.

simple,cheap and handy, you can clearly see the pins for speaker as well as mic
