I first thought of posting a link to this ad in the Latest Purchase thread as "I haven't bought one, but" and then changed my mind.
I only post a link to this ad because in some proto-or-finished projects it should make a nice fit.
Portable Dual USB 12000mAh External Battery Power Bank w/ 8 Charging Adapters - Black
SKU: 184376 (Added on 1/30/2013)
Price: US$21.40
I have one that is 15000mAh, has 2 USB @2A and a DC-Out jack at 9v/12v @2A (selectable).
I find it quite handy even during prototyping.

I find the rated capacity to be ... unlikely. 12000mAh @ 5V is 60Wh, in a 217g package puts it at 276Wh/kg, which is above the range that wikipedia says that Li-ion batteries deliver.
It could still be a useful product, of course.

those are Chinese mAh, so multiply by 0.75
I had one of those, had tested about 7700 to 8000 mAh@5V. The 12000mAh was the battery capacities at 3.7V
