hey i wanted to know, what type of cameras can be interfaced with due and is it possible to manipulate the resolution of the connected camera?

Basically no sort of camera.

Something like TTL Serial JPEG Camera with NTSC Video : ID 397 : $39.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits might work but the Adafruit library is only Uno compatible, you'd have to try to write software for it yourself.

hey, how about hacro camera? hacromatic.com and this also includes libraries for arduino.

Well that is not attaching a camera to an arduino is it. It is attaching an Arduino to an image capture system. The two are not the same thing.
While I have seen that page before I haven't come across anyone who has managed to buy one.
