Programming ARDUINO DUE

Hello Team,

I have worked with Arduino Duemilinove and now i have Arduino DUE. I'm quite new to ARM environment and have few doubts regarding the programming of the DUE .

1)Do we have to hold ERASE button everytime and then upload the program to the DUE ?
2)Will the upload option on the IDE will erase the flash and reprogram with the newcode automatically ?

I 'm checking this post quite lately , i figured that out , the upload option does everything on our behalf .
