Programming Atmel SAM3X8E for udoo

Hello,

I'm interesting in udoo products which include an Atmel SAM3X8E, same as Arduino Due.
I think the USB ports can be used for programming the board.
So, I wonder how can I flash (program) this one, via arduino IDE, on udoo and if I need to use USB.

I would assume so as I think they market it as being "Arduino compatible", but really you should ask on the Udoo forum if they have one.
