Topic: Late delivery ....and other stuff (Read 307 times) previous topic - next topic

I recently ordered the starter kit. The expected delivery dates are already due...but nothing was delivered yet.

It could be a simple case of a delivery delay, but a number of things are making me "uncomfortable":

 - The tracking number that was provided does not exist in the DHL system. In fact I called DHL and the DHL global mail tracking numbers don't even have that format...!  :o

- The store e-mail referred in the order confirmation/shipment e-mails doesn't exist (shop@arduino.cc), I get a delivery notification failure.

- I already tried contacting the web-store by using the web-form in the site to but no one answered back. 

I'm sorry, if I'm in the wrong forum but I can't find another way to contact  the Arduino store!! Any ideas how i can get in touch with the store?
