Very unlikley.There is no standard interface protocol for an 8 bit parallel port. Such ports are normally intended for reading and writing data, with a microcontroller doing the interfacing bit in the middle.

That's possible, provided that both the camera and screen have a common data transfer protocol. Consult the data sheets...
Firstly thanks for answers. 
I didnt solve this in my mind.In serial communication, yes we need protocols but in basic paralel like this with same frequency and data format controlled with arduino.Do we really need to enter that 8 bit data inside arduino.Because i check some basic application examples and didnt notice any changes on inner and outer data.I am not telling this must be work but i cant say this will never work.I will try when screen arrive.
