Difficult to to push the little numbers if your eyesight is not to good and your hand is trembling because you are nervously seeking for a Arduino solution. 
I prefer somewhat larger buttons or at least a larger font.
Well you could use the zoom in the browser !!
i personally set the zoom to 175% ( so that i can sit far enough form the lcd to protect my eyes ! )

Oh wait, I have a 28" screen and I am zooming in at 140, i want to read without to much scrolling.
I probably have somewhat more trouble with eyes then you have. :-?
