It's an intermittent. I think we all know how difficult it is to trace an intermittent fault, whether in our electronics, or our cars (or of course, in our car electronics :D) And an aspect of its intermittent behaviour is that some will experience it and some never will (or may never).
That's why I carefully said "when it happens". Part of the problem in the behaviour is that we do not know how to reproduce it and if it is as I assert, entirely the fault of the forum software, it is no surprise that we as "users" are in no position to reproduce it because we are not causing it in the first place.
