I can give you a set of my personal experience of what exactly do you need.

You can use a small camera high quality 720p or 1080p or even using a GoPro.

You can use a 2.4Ghz or 5.8Ghz FPV set Transmitter and Receiver 200mW, 500mW, 1000mW
depends on your range from 500meters to 2~5Km or with a custom antenna up to 10Km range.

And the final part which you need for your project is
EasyCAP which gives you the posibility to get live video on your android device

Looks some videos on youtube, you need to buy a specific number chip EasyCap and as well you need
to buy the EasyCap android software or find a free one there is on playstore.

With all that components you can easy see live video from your robot/drone using an android
device and recording your video or using it with your custom software for your needs.
