but when i put usb cable in computer windows not found the hardware reset all times and not see the port arduino mkr1000 wifi
why?
i try with windows 10 and windows 8
is broken all arduino?

Have you installed the drivers for MKR1000 when you installed arduino IDE ?
Can you elaborate your problem a bit more?
Windows 8 upward can have "driver enforcement" issues and you can easily google how to fix that.
Another easy trick with the MKR series boards is to quickly double tap the reset button which will put the board into bootloader mode on a new COM port. At that time often uploading a simple sketch such as "bare minimum" or "blink" will then put the MKR back to a usable state.
