An 8-relay board needs a separate 5volt/1A supply.
The JD-VCC jumper has to be removed.
The 5volt relay supply connects to JD-VCC(+) and GND(-).
VCC (next to IN-8) connects to Arduino 5volt.
Relevant relay inputs connect to Arduino outputs.
DO NOT CONNECT GROUND TO THE ARDUINO.
A relay is active/on when the Arduino pin is LOW.

Basically you can't, it is designed to be active low. The only way to make it active high would be to unsolder the input circuit and replace it with your own design.

Ok. With this form, can I use (+) on IN pins ?
I don't use arduino . I use 5 volt power supply and switch. Then I need to use (+) on IN pins. To get relay on.

Ok if I use arduino ? 6 x 5 volt signals in to arduino (input?) and it will give relay (low) and turn on relay

No can't. Because is from panel and must be 5v out(from panel) But I can put resistance or whatever on it, after the panel. and make it 3v or something ?

Use a NPN transistor? Drive base from 5V (via resistor); connect IN of relay board to collector. Connect ground to emitter.
That creates a simple inverter circuit.
PS You might need something more; schematic of relay board could be useful.

what is diffrent and what shall I use ?
and what type of resistor i need on 5 volt
Just "reverse" the relay contact connections...
Each relay has 3 contacts - Common, Normally Open, and Normally Closed.
With no power applied the Common and Normally Closed contacts are connected together, and there is no connection to Normally Open.
When power is applied to the relay coil Normally Open and Common are connected and there is no connection to Normally Closed.
I know, Is not that is the problem.
It work with transistor: 2n3904 and 330 res and base with 5 volt in.
But looks like it will vibrate slightly (relay) when it does not get 5 volts in the base on transisistor (is like it gets a little GND.) but it work
My wiring on picture-->
IMPORTANT: Looks like the coil rating on the image is 24VDC.
Also, they don't have a part with 5VDC coil in this relay type.
Try to put a 10k resistor from transistor base to ground, it should help.
