Its easy and simple. You only need to detect the BOMB. So try following:
1- Take few papers.
2- Print out BOMB on them
3- Make a simple algorithm (sketch) in Arduino to detect the letter using OCR technology. Ma be you can use a camera vision sstem.
4- Implement
I hope the above solution will also work. but if you already purchased a dog then this solution will fail.
