hey all,

It has been a bit since I have been around and I noticed some changes since then.
I have an NG board and am wondering of the compatibility with V10.

Will it work straight up, or should/Can I modify the board to work with 10.  (haven't tried it yet)

technically I bet your right.  Wouldn't this be a problem though:::    as your code changes length, this would alter  the PWM signal.

I think what I would do is burn a few atmega8s   with the boot loader and then use one as the controller to slave the others.   the slaves would control the lights directly and the master controller to control the slaves.


My guess is that you could use a lot of the same external components.  i.e.  crystal, caps ...

Jake,

First, might I suggest you update to 10.4.7.     It works for me on two different computers.  Albeit, both are G5's.  One is a dual 2.0   and the other is a Quad 2.5.

if the upgrade doesn't work.  it might be a conflict with the actual hardware.   How about posting what configuration you have.
