--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi,
I’m looking for a few people that would be interested in testing out a kit I’ve developed.  The kit is intended as an introduction to eTextiles (parts include a needle, conductive thread, a fading RGB LED, fabric and a battery).  It’s an eye-catching design that kids, parents and educators are excited about.

All testers will receive the kit for free (of course!) in exchange for completing it and giving me some feedback on the experience.

I’d prefer kit testers to have experience making other kits.  The requirements are that you live in the U.S, have the tools needed (scissors, tape, needle-nose pliers) and an internet connection to access the tutorial.

Please email the following info if you’re interested:

- tell me a bit about yourself
- list the kits you’ve completed
- do you have basic electronics knowledge?
- do you have any sewing experience?

I’m really looking forward to hearing from you.  I believe this will be a fun experience for us!

Seeking an engineer, experienced in creating files (Eagle .brd or a set of Gerbers) to be sent off to DorkbotPDX. We are looking to modify an existing PCB design for a 24.mmm coin cell battery PCB breakout (similar to http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10495) to work for a smaller coin cell battery.

This is a contract position with a budget. Email azellaco@earthlink.net with links to examples of your previous work creating custom PCBs and a brief description of your experience.  Additional details about the project will be provided to qualified candidates.

Thank you for your interest.
