Yes you can, who says you can not?

Agree.
2  Using Arduino / Interfacing w/ Software on the Computer / Darwin - Graphical programming software on: March 19, 2012, 11:38:44 pm
I am working on Darwin, a free, open-source graphical programming language for Arduino running Babuino virtual machine. Darwin is based on MIT Openblocks and may run as stand alone application or an applet.

If there is people interested in contributing to Darwin or Babuino Project development, please join Creative Minds community in http://c-minds.com.

Talk to you there!

Hello guys,

Two year ago I created the free, open-source Babuino Project (http://babuinoproject.blogspot.com), and now I just launched Creative Minds community (http://c-minds.com).

Creative Minds is a collaborative knowledge building environment, where people can discuss about electronics, programming, science, technology.
Blogs, groups, forums, chat, messaging, video and photo publishing are available for users to build and share content.

In addition to the social side, the idea is to make Creative Minds a community where members can contribute to projects under development, and start or publish their own projects.

Hello guys,

Now it is possible to program Babuino, configure it as a Modbus Master with Logo language, and have it working in a Modbus network. You can use your Babuino to read data from/write data to Modbus RTU Slave devices.
Next release of Babuino software will feature full capability to set Babuino to work either as Modbus Master or Modbus Slave.

Take a look in our blog:

See you

Hello guys,

A long time ago I posted a message about the project I was working on. The project has grown and I'd like to share with you the latest status.
Now there are some people working with me in the software development and testing, and this week I received the first pics of Logo Programming classes for kids using Babuino.

Take a look at them in http://babuinoproject.blogspot.com/
Thanks!

Guys,

I have updated the blog with new posts and videos. Take a look on the first Babuino robot, a simple obstacle avoidance vehicle programmed in LOGO language.

Hello guys,

I'll share with you the weekend project I am developing with Arduino board and AVR Studio.
This is a Robot dev. plataform. I can program the Arduino in LOGO language using the Cricket Logo, Logo Blocks (it's not working 100%), iCode, and CTI Blocos.

Here is the link:

I use AVR Dragon in my projects and I like AVR Studio debug feature.

There must be other tools to upload .hex file to Arduino, but I successfuly tried the method described in my Babuino Project blog. It uses Arduino bootloader to upload any .hex file to Arduino.

I used Arduino IDE for one week and I definitely moved to AVR Studio 4.

Hello guys,

Some weeks ago I posted I started using the free, open source, BRTOS (http://brtosblog.wordpress.com/) in my Babuino Project (http://babuinoproject.blogspot.com)- a LOGO interpreter running on Arduino with blocks based programming software. This new version will be released in a couple of weeks.

BRTOS team just started BRTOS Forum -> http://brtos.forums-free.com/portal.html

Download BRTOS -> http://code.google.com/p/brtos/

Port to ATMEGA328 is readly available!

It worth take a look in BRTOS blog.

See you.

We from Babuino Project were working together with BRTOS team on a new port of BRTOS (Brazilian Real Time Operating System) for ATMEGA328.
Now we will start the development of new version of Babuino based on BRTOS.
More information about BRTOS in this blog: http://brtosblog.wordpress.com
and in BRTOS Project Home Page: http://code.google.com/p/brtos

Você carrega o Babuino no Arduino.

Arquivo instalável do CIT Blocos:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/br-gogo/files/br-gogo/host/0.3.0/setup.exe/download

Arquivos .hex para o Babuino:
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/babuinoproject/files/

http://babuinoproject.blogspot.com/2009/09/how-to-upload-babuino-software-to-your.html

http://babuinoproject.blogspot.com/2009/09/download-softwares-to-program-your.html
