please i need to download library & tutorial because i have it but i can't use it
17  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Xbee tutorial on: May 01, 2013, 08:06:37 pm
please i need Xbee tutorial with hardware wiring because i try alot to learn how to make wireless using Xbee but i can't i don't know if we must use X-ctu or not and why we use it &what diff. between API & AT & when we select coordinator or router or end point  ,i need data to make three arduino board with Xbee and make network , & how i make input to control output wire less and how connet xbee to labview & hardware wiring to using labview
thanks smiley

the same sheild work in another computer but the O.S. windows 7 & when i try it in windows 8 not work and give this error

can i use this easily  ( or not

Hello every one , i make project in production line to counting object this object called (panel) and define time of this object in the production line and i have problem to show data , i use LCD 2*16 and it work good because it library very easy but it very small to but in the production line and i try to hack some led screen but i failed ,i see DMD: Dot Matrix Display in free electronics but i don't know if it easy to use like LCD library because i show variable of counting object like in code :
// ineed to show number of panel
// show time in display
while(minutes != 60)
              while(seconds != 60)
                       {break ;
              lcd.print("  ");

You're going to have to define "large". 2 inches? 2 feet? 2 yards?
sorry i forget to define size such as 120*7 pixel

Hi every one , please i need to get large display (lcd or led) compatible with arduino board
24  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Re: 8*8 led matrix with 74hc595 on: January 23, 2013, 01:47:44 pm
Any details on the matrix? Like which pins are anodes or cathodes?
As drawn, you should multiplex LED by LED.  Code was posted on doing just that over the weekend I believe.
The 74HC595 is only rated to sink/source 70mA total per the package; if you drive all 8 LEDs (in a columm or row) from 1 '595 with more than 8-9 mA, and sink all that current with 1 pin in the other '595, the 2nd '595 will see too much current.

Row anode

Depends on the shields. If there are no pin conflicts (conflicts seem unlikely), then yes.
for SD sheild i use arduino uno and connect pin 11&12&13 and pin 10 for ss slave and i will use arduino due with ICSP-4 & ICSP-1 & ICSP-3  pins and i need to know which pin will connect to ss slave because  i don't to know what the diff between SS master & SS slave

CD as in Card Detect. Yes, that is the one I meant.
please, i have another question , can i connect SD shield & RTC (real time clock)Shield with Arduino Due , i mean Arduino Due compatible with SD card & RTC Shield
thanks for your help  smiley-grin

did you mean CD pin ?
28  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Re: SD card on: January 23, 2013, 07:26:31 am
In the SD card slot on what? Not all SD card reader/writers connect the card detect pin to anything. You'd need to do that if it hasn't been done, and read the pin you connect it to just like any other pin.
sorry , i can't understand
How i know if i have detect pin or not and if not how can i make detect pin

please , How can i know if the SD card exist in SD card slot or not ?
 I want to detect when SD card eject or entered in slot
30  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Re: Save data in nonvolatile memory on: January 22, 2013, 09:35:03 am
If your project includes an RTC use the nonvolatile RAM they offer because that memory area can be written as many times as you like.

That is a nice feature, providing some battery backed up RAM. I guess the data dies when the battery dies, right?
yes , this is good point but i think the battery is long life battery and it will stay for long time
