Hi,

I am working on project in which i am trying to send message with the help of SIM900 gsm modem.

i followed procedure as per mentioned link and working fine.

when i trying with standalone arduino its not working any how.

let me guide, am i missing something?

my standalone arduino tested with blink led and working fine. see attached image of my standalone arduino.

Hi,

Does 7805 will control 12v 10amp supply as per my arduino board requirement?

everywhere i found that, 7805 can controll 24v to 5v, but i didnt find anything about current(amp)

does 7805 will pass 10 amp to arduino?

yes it is arduino.

just made one circuit to run solenoid,

but my input supply direct from battery is 12v and 10amp, thats why afraiding, does this harm to my ardino ???

i have used 7805 voltage regulator for my arduino.

I am working on project in which i have use 7805 to supply my arduino board,

but my input supply is 12V and 10-12 amp,

does this burn my arduino?

can anyone tell me is this safe or not,

and my second question is how to convert 12v 10amp supply  to 12v 2amp supply.

I am using voltage regulater IC 7805 to give supply to arduino but it gives higher current supply.I want to know the internal resistance of atmega 328 so that I use resistance in between the digital pin and 7805 to lessen the current

Actually my project is working on logical condition.

You can understand by below code.

Where i mentioned push comment in actually LIMIT switch(Actually i have modified PUSHBUTTON code), and my limit switch is connected to 12v and 2amp battery. and i am

assuming limit switch is push button, when my push button get on, my solenoid (led in push button code) works.

after fulfill mentioned condition(in code) my solenoid will operate.

To controll VOLTAGE and amp, i am giving signal input to 7805 and 7805 output to arduino digital pin,by this way i am controlling voltage only... but what abt

current ???  7805 is giving 500mA output can i use this current as arduino digital pin input???

Currently i am working on project, in which my signal input to arduino is 12V and 2amp, and i want to operate solenoid. i have managed outpote to operate solenoid by mosfet

IRFZ44. but i have query about Input signal(.

can i give directly to arduino???

or please suggest some alternative way.
