Arduino Starter Kit with Arduin Uno
PC system= Windows XP and Vista

Tool- board --> Arduin Uno
Tool- serial comm. --> comm 3 (auto configured by the software)

Sketch- "Blink" in the examples
The green power led was solid on, and the Pin13 yellow led was blinking after a reset.
