The network is rejecting your SIM. Check PIN and APN. Contact with your operator.

Check if your issue happens with the examples included with Arduino IDE (GSM).
33  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: Debug mode of example/GSMScanNetworks not working on: January 16, 2014, 02:29:30 am
Without debug mode, does GSMScanNetworks works properly?
34  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: Adding 1602 display to Gsm SHield+Arduino Uno rev3 on: January 02, 2014, 02:54:40 am
You cannot use pin 3. Pin 3 is used by GSM shield to receive information from Arduino board.
35  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: Original Arduino GSM Library - change RX / TX to Hardware Serial on: January 02, 2014, 02:51:16 am
You can modify it. The most important things are software serial communication, commands compatibility, software flow control and responses times.
36  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: Arduino Uno + GSM Shield, Band Management on: December 20, 2013, 03:08:45 am
You must use a configuration that includes E-GSM(900) and DCS(1800) bands, although includes other bands.
The GSM Shield doesn't work with 3G.

SMS service is only available between BlueVia SIMs.
38  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: GSM SHIELD suddenly stopped working on: December 09, 2013, 03:09:37 am
Hi,

Upload a example like GSMWebClient, change the line "GSM gsmAccess;" to "GSM gsmAccess(true);" to activate debug mode and post serial monitor output.
39  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: Arduino GSM Shields works with all the boards or it needs a paticular one? on: December 05, 2013, 06:57:13 am
Hi,

GSM Shield works with Arduino UNO, Arduino Mega ADK and Arduino Leonardo. Mega ADK and Leonardo requires some little modifications. To support a SD card, you have to get something like this: http://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-micro-sd-breakout-board-card-tutorial, provided that the pins, that are used by GSM Shield, aren't used by SD board. These pins are digitals 2 and 3.
40  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: GSM Library and atmega8 on: December 05, 2013, 06:34:35 am
Hi,

ATMega8 has too differences in comparison with ATMega328/168. Arduino Core files dedicated to mapping ports are differents. Because of this, GSM library requires a special adaptation to ATMega8 ports and registers.
41  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: w/o voice circuit, will the GSM shield & Arduino on: November 20, 2013, 02:34:42 am
The modem itself does not produce a ringtone, but it is possible via modem AOUT2 output. See the manual for more information M10 (Audio Interfaces section): http://arduino.cc/en/uploads/Main/Quectel_M10_datasheet.pdf

There is an error in your code with connection while.

I fixed for you:

Integration between Cantarino and any modem doesn't exist currently. You can do some tests connecting microphone input of GSM Shield to some input according to Cantarino.
44  Products / Arduino GSM Shield / Re: compatibility issues with AT&T or T-mobile sim card on: October 31, 2013, 03:07:47 am
Arduino GSM Shield is compatible only with GSM operators. Not CDMA, UMTS and other types.

Hi,

A 0,3 response in CGREG command means network is refusing your SIM card. Did you written APN correctly?. Contact with your mobile operator.
