No - there is no way to do this (I have a lead I made where the reset wire goes to pin 10)

Unfortunately not - The pin just connects to the RESET pin on the Arduino. You could cut the trace and solder a jumper wore from pin 10 to the reset pin on the ICSP header.

The ISP header reset pin on the arduino is not connected to pin 10 - it is connected to the arduino reset. What you  are seeing is correct.

The 45 can be added easily to the arduino IDE, the ATTINY20 can be with a little work. That's why I asked - I just registered for the Atmel Studio Download & got an instant response, Maybe your email ended up in some spam filter somewhere?
