man, I should have read the void setup  ;D
The first code give you the 3 RGB values that is displayed by your RGB led and who was set by 3 variables resistors?

I didn't receaved my Arduino from the mail yet.
I'm going to give you feedback maybe this wednesday.  smiley-wink

Care to explain how does this work, in details?  smiley-grin
(it display the color on the pc?)

Oh yeah, I already saw a concept like this. Except it was an arduino programming another! Interesting.

I was reasoning with Arduino. From navigating 2 hours per day here (and more) I see alot of people warning others about load.

On the Arduino, each pins can run a maximum 40mA  and 300 mA in total. Even then, I think these are stress value that shouldn't be experienced with or you could destroy a pin or potentionally the IC.

I don't about your Specs, just be sure everything is okay with the datasheet or ask somebody else that know a little more about microcontroller than me.

As far as I know, the Arduino automatically switch to USB if detected.
You are going to need a auxiliary power supply to drive more current and other stuff...

Too much load and boum.

1- You could buy a good starter kit. Depending on your project, you might not even need to solder anything, only by using breadboard and jumpers.  If not : Soldering station, Soldering iron, Solder, desoldering pump, cleaning sponge, safety glasses, own made carbon air filter ( smiley-wink optional) and practice.

2-Again, a good kit will have these kind of sensors.
For exemple, the ARDX come with a Force-Sensitive Resistor, temperature sensor, photoresistor, etc. Moment? I think you mean time. In this case, either use the on-board clock or buy a RTC (real time clock)  module (IC=  DS1307 for exemple).

3-  http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Buy

I have no idea if there is a actual shop that might sell them. If they are, I personnally believe that they sell china quality clones. Don't take my words into account, I just trust a little more official re-sellers.  If you are aware of any electronic re-seller in your area, this might be your best luck to get anything.

I will have to wait to see what is it. My Arduino order gonna wait. If it's something really important (new arduino smiley-grin ? ) or even new software, I would be so disapointed if I ordered the old thing.

But maybe thats just a theme.

On other thought, they did mentionned something about food...yumm smiley-razz

Im also getting this kind of error time to time.
I clik Compile/Upload I get the error saying the Pin number is not in reference or something like that. Then I press the button again without changing anything and it work.

If you want guys, lets all post to :
"Arduino Forum › Web/Forum/Email/Spam › Forum"

and ask if they can regulary update the "News" section.
Until then, I recommand you look at the main page www.arduino.cc for News, if you don't want to miss anything.

yep, but they don't update often often.
(For exemple, I don't read newspaper in a forum, I go to online website of the newspaper and I grab an online copy, but I could surely read about some article in the official board if somebody want to speak about it)

Forum are updated if users (Mods and Admins are still considered users :p) are willing to do it.
Forums are just a place to discuss.
