Not sure. I play it by clicking the .exe & can play it without a internet connection.

I've been thinking about this for a week now and think I have an idea.

What If I split the audio output, into two identical lines. One line goes directly to the (powered) speakers and sub woofer, the other to a infrared Led. I would then edit the beginning of each .ogg file to have a very short 38kHz square wave. Each .ogg file would have a unique pattern for an arduino with one of these to detect and decode.  Based on which pattern it decodes, it would do the desired effect.

What are your thoughts?

I realize that. Also the application cannot do anything more than tell the .Ogg file to play.

It is an .0gg sound file

I need to have a serial message sent to an arduino every time a file is run.
Not sure how to explain it more.

Is there a simple way to run a file when a different file is run?

I'm trying to add some effects using an arduino uno that run each time a  .ogg sound file is played. I have windows 7 Professional 64-bit if that info is usefull...
8  Using Arduino / LEDs and Multiplexing / Best way to get 600x RGB leds? on: August 05, 2013, 09:31:35 am
I am making an 8*8*8 LED cube and need around ~600 RGB Leds. (Common anode, heavily diffused, 8-10mm, true "quality")
The problem I have is that I don't want to buy a ton of leds, and find that 1 out of every 5 has a problem. I would want no more than 1 out of 500 to have a problem, & all of them to have very similar brightness for each color. (to the point that you can't tell one LED from another)

So I'm posting this topic with the question that I would like to request some guidance on how I can determine if a seller is selling a good quality or bad quality bulbs if I don't trust the listed specs. (if listed at all)

I was thinking that too...

Thanks nick...
11  Using Arduino / Displays / How can I read VGA signals w/ an Arduino? on: May 25, 2012, 04:36:31 pm
I would like to know if it is possible to read the signals coming out of my computer's VGA connector using an Arduino UNO R3 or Arduino Mega R3 running at 16MHz. I want to read the signals so that my μC can correct typo's and such while I type on my keyboard and also act as a stepping stone for me to better understand how VGA commutation works.

(Example: I type the following: "can i type this."  Once I stop typing, the μC corrects the typo(s) to this: "Can I type this?")

I recognize I could just read the keystrokes but the reason I am doing this is so I can get some experience in some areas I have never touched up on before.

So my question is this: "Is an Arduino running at 16MHz fast enough to read the color of only one pixel on the entire screen running @ 16bit color w/ a resolution of 800x600?"

What about fuse bits?

Will a hex file meant for a 8u2 on a uno work on the new 16u2?
14  Using Arduino / Programming Questions / How do I upload code to my R3 Mega's 16u2 to make it appear as a HID keyboard? on: December 24, 2011, 01:44:14 pm
I've searching the web for info on how to upload code on a Windows7 operating system to a Mega's 8u2/16u2 to have the mega appear as a HID keyboard.
Also I have this which I think can be used as a an ISP.
Also I have yet to find instructions on how to do this that I understand, which is why I'm here asking for help...

Thanks!

And sorry for being so annoying...
