can someone help me..... i have a problem about timer2.. and this are the following problems.... so please help me i need it now... huhuhu.. how can i fix it..

Unless you reprogram the fuses to use the internal oscillator, you need to provide one.  Keep in mind that the internal oscillator does not run at 16MHz.
