1  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Find analogIn frequency using FFT library on: January 20, 2013, 02:11:22 pm
hi All

i have my android phone sending 4 different frequencies to the Arduino analog in using the earphones jack.
i need my arduino to find out which frequency is coming in, and do some actions according to the certain frequency.

my question is, how can i extract the input frequency and save it as an integer , (or at least a range ?)

i have downloaded the FFT lib and using fix_fft ()

also went through this discussion but still couldnt figure it out...

Thanks !

can you please elaborate?

any other arduino board that can do it?

Hi All,

Im using Arduino Duemilanove with the ATmega328.

Will it be possible to receive a video signal through the USB  and transmit it to a third party using bluetooth?
is there any  library that can help with that?

thanks!
4  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Stepper Object and setSpeed() function. on: March 23, 2011, 06:45:04 am
Hi all,
I want to activate my stepper motor,
my question is which of the pins i entered in   "Stepper (stepNum,pin1,pin2,pin3,pin4)"
sends the steps signal?
i started with just two pins -  steps and direction.
i can see that the direction really changes every 5 sec. (as written in the code)
yet i dont get any signal on any other pin....

i wrote the follwing code to begin with:
 #include <Stepper.h>

int stepPin = 13;
int directionPin = 11;
Stepper motor (200, stepPin, directionPin,8,9);

void setup()  {
Serial.begin(9600);
}

void loop()
{
    digitalWrite(directionPin,HIGH);
    motor.setSpeed(50);
    delay(5000);

    digitalWrite(directionPin,LOW);
    motor.setSpeed(5);
    delay(5000);
}// loop ends
