1  Using Arduino / Microcontrollers / how to read multiple analog temperature snesors LM35 ? on: June 21, 2012, 04:14:37 pm
hi guys ,

I ready established a system reading data from multiple LM35 analog sensors on vb6 application ,using arduino uno board , but the problem is  how to know which sensor is reading now , I can't know which sensor  of the 4 sensors is reading now , I used time delayes , but i need to know the address of each sensor , is that possible   ???????????

hi guys ,
any one have an idea how to make a project using arduino uno  and analog temp.sensor lm35 and digital temp sensor DS18b20 at the same time and sending data to the computer using xbee module ? , any code will be helpfull
thnx a lot  smiley-cool

hi all ,

i would like to know , how to send a reset command from vb6 to arduino uno board , through xbee modules ??

I'm using 2 xbee modules , one is connected to the pc and the other is connected to the arduino board , the problem is once i power on the arduino and the pc,,  the serial transmission begins , and the code on the arduino microcontroller is executed , what i need to do is when i start the vb6 application, it send a command to arduino to start its code from the begining

how can i do that ???

please help

ok , how can i do that , could you give me an example for sending from vb6 to the arduino ??

In other words , i need the arduino to start the loop from the begining once the vb application starts

yes , i used timers on the forms of the vb application , and as you said , I need to make a syncronization between sending data from the arduino and the momnet of start of the vb application ??

thank you for your care , but the port is already closed , it is not opened yet and what I need to do ,is when i start my application on vb6 the arduino resets and starts its code from the begining because it is a loop of reading temperature sensors and i need the vb application to read the the correct data for each sensor

I forgot to tell you that I'm using wireless Xbee series 1 modules , so the connection is not direct between the host computer and the arduino board it is between 2 xbee modules , one of them is connected to the arduino uno rev2 board and the other is connected to the computer.

could you help me in that ?
