I found the problem  smiley-wink

Analog 5 and 4 were not the appropriate for Arduino Micro. I have to use pins 2 (SDA) and 3 (SLC)

Hi tiennp,

Thanks for your reply, nice code, but works perfect in Arduino UNO and not working in Arduino Micro...

I think the problem is with the Arduino Micro

Do you think that the problem could be that I'm using Analog 5 and 4 Pins???

Hello everybody,

I recently acquire an Arduino micro and a tiny RTC L2C clock to make it work together.

I’m using the following code but it doesn’t work:

//Arduino con Tiny RTC I2C http://zygzax.com
#include <Wire.h>
#include "RTClib.h"
RTC_DS1307 RTC;

void setup () {

    Serial.begin(9600);
    Wire.begin();
    RTC.begin();
//RTC.adjust(DateTime(__DATE__, __TIME__));
}

void loop () {
    DateTime now = RTC.now();

    Serial.print(now.day(), DEC);
    Serial.print('/');

    Serial.print(now.month(), DEC);
    Serial.print('/');

    Serial.print(now.year(), DEC);
    Serial.print(' ');

    Serial.print(now.hour(), DEC);
    Serial.print(':');

    Serial.print(now.minute(), DEC);
    Serial.print(':');

    Serial.print(now.second(), DEC);
    Serial.println();
    delay(3000);
}

I’m connecting :

SCL –> Pin to analog A5
SDA –> Pin to analog A4
VCC –> 5V
GND –> GND

The monitor prints: 165/165/2165 165:165:85  smiley-fat

I have try the same code in Arduino Uno and it Works perfect.

I don’t know what is wrong any idea?

Salutations,
G

Hi cr0sh

Thanks a lot for all this information it's just what I'm looking for.

Good idea robtillaart.

The problem is that I don't have the tools and the ability to make it look as good it should be.

I'm looking for something already made that can be assembled and is stable enough.

Hello,

I’m working in a art installation and  I’m looking for a light modular system of light bars in wood o metal that allows to build a light structure to hold and IRQ sensor with Arduino.

Does anyone know something like that?

Gonzalo
