16  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Re: making custom ADK on: November 21, 2012, 08:46:34 am
Hi Guys,
i am posting my new problem in this thread because this problem related from this thread.
so what i did i tell you...
first solder Power circuitry then 16U2 circuitry then it's working fine(When i plug my board via USB with PC so it detect as port and also detect by arduino IDE)

then solder ATmega2560 circuitry now i tried first upload Arduino ISP sketch which given in example then nothing is happened not a single error comes but when i disconnect usb then it's give error tell "no board is available"

now i don't know what is going there even i double check my connection and whole circuitry nothing missing.......

So any of one know what is going there and any kind of suggestion then it makes a big difference

Thanks in advance

Hi all,
Right now i am trying make custom board for my project.
so my first challenge is how to program 16U2 controller for that i tried AVR ISP programmer with AVR studio for burning hex file in 16U2.

How could i check this 16U2 is working fine or not. in my opinion(I am not sure) if i connected ADK board to USB then serial monitor must be open. but in my case USB says that USB is not recognized so anyone has any idea what is going on any kind of post would be appreciated

may be this is happens because i dont know what is the FUSE bit setting any kind of suggestions
in my circuit only 16U2 and circuit power circuit only solder

Thanks in advance

@Visual Micro,
Are you saying that Visual Studio compiles this project correctly for you with the Arduino 1.0.1 IDE?

There was a problem with Arduino 1.0.0 and Visual Studio?
yes it's happens with me it strange but true
may be i m doing some thing wrong with it.. smiley-razz

May be i am not sure
But in opinion it has because when i tried to work with(Arduino 1.0.1) then i just change the path for new Arduino version and it work perfectly i dont know what is going on with it.

And the bed thing is when i try to compile any other library to visual studio 2010 with Arduino 1.0.0 so it's work perfectly but for USB library it not working
when i complies with arduino 1.0.1 this time every single library working fine.

Second bed thing for me this is first time when i m using visual studio so if you have any tutorial for debugging then it's good for me.

Thanks for replay,

same example i am trying. that is blink_led.

No i am using Arduino 1.0.0 IDE

Yes my project compiles correctly in Arduino IDE

And also i getting error not warnings.

Tools>Options>Visual Micro>Compiler>Verbose = False
Tools>Options>Visual Micro>Compiler>Warnings = False

This is by default in my system i never changed even i also tried to make true but nothing special for me

same thing i have done with visual studio 2010 in windos Xp.
i am able to compile all code and all library expect usb2.0 which developed by oleg it show me too much error.

and all error come due to undefined variables. in my opinion it happens because it did not get header file but it happens only usb library.

and most horrible thing is if i am trying to compile ADB library then it working fine. so as of now i dont know what i have to do any suggestion how could i compile usb library?

This is USB library link

this is the great idea and also very useful for everyone. in my opinion if we able to program arduion board via tablet(Android) using usb so that also good deal

Hi all,
i saw the tutorial to make own UNO broad
So i try for that same type tutorial for ADK board but i did not find something really helpful if anyone know about this so please tell me.

My biggest worry is how i can program 16U2 controller. i find some tutorial on DFU mode. in this mode we can update firmware but can be load firmware at very first time or my mean is if my controller is blank then is it work on DFU mode?? so i can easily program 16U2 controller.

any more suggestion is most well come
26  Using Arduino / Microcontrollers / Arduino IDE for Android on: October 07, 2012, 02:32:01 am
Hi all,
i want know is it any kind of tool available which can program arduion development board. Or in simple words i need arduino IDE which run on android. i try to find but i did not find that. may be it is silly question. if any of that tool is available then please tell me. thanks in advance

Hi all,
i am trying to put my ADK in DFU mode.
My steps:-
1. Put jumper on ICSP on 8U2.
2. Put 10K resistor with respect to HWB and GND.
3. Power the ADK.
4. remove the jumper

At that time i am getting some problem it asking for driver..... i dont have it or i dont know what i have to do for that. if some know then plz tell me thanks for advance.
Also i attached screen shot which of error
PS:- This time my serial monitor of IDE is not working.

Hi pushujgd,
IF you want we ll help you then tell me some question first or we can say detail of your project.
1. which MCU you are using??
2. what is the connection diagram for MCU- DS(IC)- Battery??
3. Main and most important thing what you want by your hardware???
30  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Re: Accelerometer & push button on: August 23, 2012, 11:59:15 pm
For that connect your button on Interrupt and in his ISR make flag = 1
 after that
where your code turn on led( it basically a condition which you are using to turn on LED) so just use or(||) condition to turn on led or off.

So now what happened for turning LED your are using two condition if any of them is true then Led must glow. that it

Is it make sens.....???
