34  Using Arduino / Programming Questions / pules counter by counter on: April 19, 2012, 02:48:55 am
hi all,
       i am working with sensor which send pulses that have less than 1khz frequency. so i have to count this pulses, for this i am using counter to count those pulses.
in my opinion it will never miss pulse because i am using hardware counter, in that counter count's independently from the controller so my controller can do any work besides counting and also never miss pules???
so it's like multitasking.
which i am thinking is it right or else plz reply me ASAP.
Thanks in advance
35  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / connection problem between android to ADK on: April 12, 2012, 05:22:59 am
Hi all,
       right now i am facing a problem in this whenever i m trying to establish a connection between adk to android, so many times it's not connected. or i can say it's not connected in single time, for establishing connection i have to try to replug many time so why this is happening i m trying to figure out..can anyone have this problem or what is the option i can try to figure out.

i m my opinion accessory mode is not working but why is not working properly i dont know.

this is the link where i find may be accessory mode is not working.http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/usb/adk.html#establish-adk

36  Using Arduino / Programming Questions / helpo in USB libray for ADK on: April 09, 2012, 08:21:57 am
Hi all,
     i am working with usb library which developed by oleg, so i have some query regarding this library could you help me?

1. when i was connect MEGA ADK to android device, for initiate USB i have to open serial monitor in arduion IDE.

why it is happen. there is firmware side issue or hardware side, in my opinion this is the problem of max3421e IC if i am right so this IC required a signal for initiating
could you tell me how could i remove this thing?

2. i more thing is when i am sending data via USB to android device.
1) what is the data length or can say byte array length which i can send via USB?
2) what is the data sending speed or can say data rate we can send?

Hardware :-           MEGA ADK (Development board)
                            HTC Explorer (Android Device)

Software :-            ARDUINO - 1.0

1. PPL function is not working......so what i have to for this
39  Using Arduino / Programming Questions / USB ????? on: January 21, 2012, 03:30:43 am
Hi all,
       this days i m working with MEGA ADK kit. in this kit i have USB host port which connected with MAX3421e .... so i have some queries

this is the code provied in USB 2.0 library .......

i am using normal USB mouse whom compatible with PC.
could u tell me how Usb.Init() function will be work......??
44  Using Arduino / Programming Questions / Re: help for USB 2.0 on: January 12, 2012, 06:16:35 am
here the code which i m try to sketch...
Code:
#include <avr/pgmspace.h>
#include <avrpins.h>
#include <max3421e.h>
#include <usbhost.h>
#include <usb_ch9.h>
#include <Usb.h>
#include <usbhub.h>
#include <avr/pgmspace.h>
#include <address.h>
#include <hidboot.h>
#include <printhex.h>
#include <message.h>
#include <hexdump.h>
#include <parsetools.h>

class MouseRptParser : public MouseReportParser
{
protected:
virtual void OnMouseMove (MOUSEINFO *mi);
virtual void OnLeftButtonUp (MOUSEINFO *mi);
virtual void OnLeftButtonDown (MOUSEINFO *mi);
virtual void OnRightButtonUp (MOUSEINFO *mi);
virtual void OnRightButtonDown (MOUSEINFO *mi);
virtual void OnMiddleButtonUp (MOUSEINFO *mi);
virtual void OnMiddleButtonDown (MOUSEINFO *mi);
};
void MouseRptParser::OnMouseMove(MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.print("dx=");
    Serial.print(mi->dX, DEC);
    Serial.print(" dy=");
    Serial.println(mi->dY, DEC);
};
void MouseRptParser::OnLeftButtonUp (MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.println("L Butt Up");
};
void MouseRptParser::OnLeftButtonDown (MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.println("L Butt Dn");
};
void MouseRptParser::OnRightButtonUp (MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.println("R Butt Up");
};
void MouseRptParser::OnRightButtonDown (MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.println("R Butt Dn");
};
void MouseRptParser::OnMiddleButtonUp (MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.println("M Butt Up");
};
void MouseRptParser::OnMiddleButtonDown (MOUSEINFO *mi)
{
    Serial.println("M Butt Dn");
};

USB     Usb;
USBHub     Hub(&Usb);
HIDBoot<HID_PROTOCOL_MOUSE>    Mouse(&Usb);

uint32_t next_time;

MouseRptParser                               Prs;

void setup()
{
    Serial.begin( 115200 );
    Serial.println("Start");

    if (Usb.Init() == -1)
        Serial.println("OSC did not start.");

    delay( 200 );

    next_time = millis() + 5000;

    Mouse.SetReportParser(0,(HIDReportParser*)&Prs);
}

void loop()
{
  Usb.Task();
}

then two message came into serial terminal

1. start
2. OSC did not start.

so what should i have to do to use this code..???
i m trying this thing right now
mouse--->ADK--->serial--->PC

adk connected to PC via serial. and mouse connected to ADK via USB host.
