1  Using Arduino / General Electronics / CNY70 problem on: February 20, 2012, 02:56:32 pm
Hello all,

I'm trying to make a line-following robot with 3 CNY70 sensors and one motor controller.

The problem is that I tried to connect the CNY70 like is shown here: http://indianabot.tripod.com/#-Sensores but I can't make it work.

I tried to onli connect the infrared led and measre the V betweeen the resistance and the electricity in the circuit but never have any results...

If anybody could help me, I'll be happy.

Tomorrow  I will post some photos of the motor.

The battery is broken and the charger missed, so , I don't think that the motor runs if I connect the wires to the battery... I will search for a cheap battery to buy and I will post my feedback.

Thanks!

Hello All,

I'm trying to control a RC Car composed by one motor and one servo. The problem is that the RC Car is quite old and I don't have much information bout the components. The RC car, was poweres by a 7V-1200mAH Battery, but this battery doesn't work anymore. I isolate the motod and the servo from the central chip in order to make my own circuit with arduino.

I try to plug a 9V Cell. I got an ohmeter and the motor have 55ohms of resistance.

How can I know the maH that the Cell have? How can I make this motor run?

PS: The motor only have 2 wires. One red and another blue. I tink that its a positive-ground only powered motor.

Thanks in advance!

Where did you install the library?

in the /library folder of the Arduino IDE as the ReadME says.

Hello All,

I'm too newbie in electronic's topics and I recently bought an arduino pack in electan. This pack includes a large amount of arduino shields listed here: http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/index.php?title=GROVE_-_Starter_Bundle_v1.1b#Serial_LCD.

The problem is that I have arduino IDE 1.0 and in this page says that I need to install SerialLCD Libraries only rather than the NewSerialSoftware ..etc.

I done this and I try to do a simple example writing hello world in the LCD Display. The result is that the LCD leds are on ( there are electricity ) but nothing in the Screen.

I tryed to install newSerialSoftware library but in arduino ide 1.0 it crash. Some one else have the same problem? Can some one help me please?

Thanks a lot in advance.
