Looks really good, do you have any plans to sell them in the UK?  Doesn't look like amazon will ship here.  I would be after about 6 of them.

3  Using Arduino / Project Guidance / Is the Arduino fast enough... on: January 20, 2012, 02:43:26 pm
I am attempting to make a sensor that can be stuck to a small area of a touch screen screen and then send a TTL pulse (5Volt square wave) to a separate piece of equipment when this part of the screen goes from black to white and then another when this part of the screen goes back to black.  I think this will be relatively easy to achieve for a novice like me using either a light sensitive resister or a pin photodiode connected to my arduino.  However it is very important that this signal is faster than 1ms and it ideally it would be faster.

So my questions are...

Is a  light sensitive resister fast enough?  And what would the delay be for the arduino to register a analogue input and then send a digital pulse after a given threshold is reached and again as the input drops to baseline? Would this be slower than 1ms?

Any help would be very well received for a beginner!

Cheers
