Topic: New to Arduino, error message (Read 104 times) previous topic - next topic

Hi guys, I'm new to the Arduino and coding stuff.

I'm making a button box for sim racing and I copied a sketch from a tutorial on youtube.  After copying in the IDE and checking the librairies, I get an error message.  Can someone guide me to a solution?

Here is the error I get:

Apparently "JOYSTICK_DEFAULT_REPORT_ID" is not declared in joystick.h. Look at what is in joystick.h and see if you typed the name properly. Perhaps your version of joystick.h has not been updated.

Thanks, it was the library that was wrong, I used another one and it worked.
