Bluetooth Bee Cannot Connect

(1/1)

thinknovelty:
Hey everyone,

I purchased a Bluetooth Bee from iTead studio and have been able to pair but not connect to it. The datasheet that iTead has very limited and only has commands to change the name, pin #, and baud rate.

Does anyone have experience with this that could help me get the connection going? I know other bluetooth modules use things like AT+INQ or "\r\nSTINQ\r\n" or something to that effect. Is there a line of code that I have to send it to initiate the connection for this bluetooth bee?

I'm trying to connect with my Android phone.

Thanks,
ThinkNovelty

Did you figure this out? I'm in a similar situation. Same shield, different bt bee module, but I can't even pair.
