Hi,
I got the Arduino Motor Shield Rev3 and was just looking for some wiring information about connecting a stepper motor to that shield.
There are for motor outputs on that shield but my motor has got six wires.
Can anyone point me to some detailed wiring instructions or tutorials especially about that shield ?
Thanks a lot.
Regards
Harald

Two of the six wires are "center" taps, allowing the motor to be used as unipolar. When using it as bipolar with the motor shield, those two connections are unused.
Your motor should come with a wiring diagram, that shows you which wires are the "center" ones; simply fold them back and tape them up so they won't contact anything, and you're good.
